Pixel Compare ("the Service") is a free image comparison and analysis tool operated at compare.promptingpixels.com. By using this Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What We Store

When you upload images:

Images are stored online on third-party cloud storage (Vercel Blob)
Album URLs are randomly generated but publicly accessible to anyone with the link
There is no password protection on albums
Images do not automatically expire and may persist indefinitely
We may log basic metadata (IP address, referrer, user agent) for abuse prevention

Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or private images. This Service is not designed for secure file sharing.

AI Processing Features

Optional AI features (depth maps, pose detection, face similarity, etc.) process your images using machine learning models. These may run on our servers or third-party AI services. Results are generated on-demand and may be cached temporarily.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload:

Illegal content or content that violates others' rights
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - reported to authorities
Non-consensual intimate images
Malware, viruses, or malicious files
Content you don't have rights to share

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access for violations without notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your images as necessary to provide the Service. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for other purposes.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee:

Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
That your images will be preserved or available
Accuracy of AI-generated analysis or results
Security or privacy of uploaded content

Keep backups of your original images. We are not responsible for data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for free usage).

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your uploaded images, contact us with the album URL(s). We'll make reasonable efforts to remove content, but cached copies may persist on CDNs or in backups.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
